Linkpin type I based, Type III Airbeam / Air ride / Front Bag setups.

This is a pre '66 type I based beam, that bolts directly into your 62-74 Type III, Notchback, fastback or squareback.

* Please contact me beforehand if curious on turnaround time. These take me quite some time, especially when complete. *

Available 2-5" narrowed. Available with shocktowers on up to 3" beams. This is a type I based beam, with mounts to bolt into type III pan. No modifying anything.
*4"+ Beams will require panhead pinchweld trimming for lower shock stud clearance, or shock stud removal.

Completely jig built, like all my other suspension parts. Fully Laser cut precision pieces, thick walled DOM tubing and clean, quality welds and workmanship.

Will include my Valle-Tec bushings, chromoly through rods, new tie rod tubes and four new ends and a new Slam Specialties Bag.

I also make standard adjustable type III conversion beams, Linkpin or Balljoint based, starting at $275.

No modification required to your car, except removal of the spare tire bucket. Cutting the bits of panhead that hang down, once you swap to type 1 are advised, as they will hang perilously low awaiting damage.

You will need type I, Linkpin trailing arms and dropped spindles to complete the swap. I can provide these too, if needed.

*Depending on tire size, to get the full upward height, you may need to space up your fuel tank, but it's not a huge gain to do so.
